Seriously-it’s about spot on, in my opinion, if the technicians have to wait on hold for an hour before talking to someone up there, imagine how the customers have to deal. Yeah, if I could pay someone else for decent, reliable high speed to my house, I would, but sadly it’s either Comcast cable broadband or Verizon slow-ass DSL. Bleh.
