I was totally dreaming of “screenwriters blues” last night. freaky.

and yeah, I got NO IDEA what to do about 30, either. Honestly, it doesn’t help that B & I spent this summer overspending our means and we have zero expendable cash right now, but I can always cover by saying I’m paying more attention to Story’s birthday (which is true).

Hi meerfisch:

I decided to do some research to find the artist’s name: I just discovered the image on a random wallpaper site and fell in love with it since I identify so closely with the Phoenix. Turns out, I learned a lot about the artist and the image!

So the image above appeared in Ballistic’s “Exotique 2,” the 2nd volume in a long-running series of artbooks dedicated to beautiful CG imagery, and is apparently called “Newborn.” The artist’s name is Linda Bergkvist – and a full size version of the image above can be downloaded by clicking on it.

Linda is apparently very well known:
