This one’s been brewing for the past couple of weeks; I hadn’t told anyone because I didn’t want to jinx it, but the paperwork finally came through just this afternoon. I have a new client I’ll be writing for! Want to know who it is?

This is HUGE. Tom’s Hardware is incredibly well respected and well known as a go-to source for technology reviews and buying information. These are the guys I turned to when I was researching the Core i7 processor I bought, and all of the components that went into my power rig.

I have to thank my good friend Rachel for alerting me to the position; she IM’d me as soon as she read about it – when I applied I didn’t really think I would get it, but then again, I guess the best things are like that, aren’t they? The managing editor contacted me back at the end of March, and even though I’ve been dealing with other nonsense since then, I’ve managed to stay in touch. Sure enough, today I got my author’s agreement.

Slowly but surely, I’m making this dream come true.
