angelic days?

When I found out that there was an alternate telling of Neon Genesis Evangelion called Angelic Days, which essentially takes all the characters up and out of their universe and into an alternate one where the Second Impact never happened and it’s essentially more of a love-triangle-y schoolyard drama than it is a mind-bending, religiously-themed, incredibly surreal storyline. Very interesting, but I doubt that I’ll be picking it up.

My HiME however, looks delicious. As does Neo Ranga, although I’m sure I’m pretty late on that bandwagon. I remember my friend Konrad having an awesome Neo Ranga desktop that I still remember way back in college, and while I thought it looked cool, I passed it out of my mind for some reason.

Also, did you guys know that Wikipedia is an excellent resource for Anime? I mean wow, who knew?

Oh yeah, I still can’t wait for Otakon. Yes, I’m a dork.

The weekend was very nice, albeit obviously too short-we were planning a trip to the lovely Paper Moon Diner, but after slacking around the house all day and neglecting to go grocery shopping on Saturday, we passed on the drive up to Baltimore just to eat and stayed home a while. Grocery shopping and other domestic some-such happened on Sunday, which was fitting, although I’m still tired to no end; I think it’ll be early to bed tonight.

In other news though, I’m slowly but surely making the switch to Io as my main computer outside of the house, even in the office. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I definitely like my office PC, but I spent a lot of money on Io, and I’d like to get the most use out of her.

Anyway, I’m tired and really should go home from werk.

::giggle:: I can’t help it, for some reason I love to be surrounded by women…spiritually in my technology, anyway. ^^
